My aunt, who lived in Dublin, died a few weeks ago and my Dad, her brother, is her executor. She never married or had children.
He is very stressed out about it and because he lives in the UK (as do I) he needs a solicitor to act through.
Can anyone recommend a good family solicitor in Dublin? Or any to avoid? So far all my friends have just told me the horror stories and we are struggling to find a way to pick a good one.
