Schedule one offence and travel - can anyone advise?

DH commited a schedule one offence in 1995. He was ordered to do community service and go on a course, which he did.

We've never been abroad as he always assumed he wouldn't be allowed to travel because of his conviction, but is this really the case?

Can anyone advise, please?

ask the local police/ probation. If he is under any restrictions they will know. What is more likely is that other countries like USA will not give him a visa to travel there rather than he is not allowed to travel full stop.
