Anyone with knowledge of Spanish Legal System or of a Spanish solicitor pse?

In summary I am after the above on behalf of my parents who live in Spain but unfortunately do not speak Spanish. They are owed around £4k by an intermediary holiday insurance company who from my viewpoint in the UK have just made excuse after excuse about why they can't pay out yet. The airline paid the intermediary out in December 2012 so its not like they are being unreasonable! It is either real inefficiency and bureaucracy or the company is in trouble. My parents are in their 70s and very stressed. I now what to take it off their hands for them and sort it ASAP. My problem is I am UK based and don't speak any Spanish. I am aware there are Spanish speaking solicitors in the UK anyone recommend one or give me some pointers. I would be very grateful :-). Thank-you in advance.

I don't know why but something makes me think babybarrister speaks spanish and sometimes deals with cases in Spain. She is a family law barrister but might be able to point you in the right direction

Thank-you Collaborate and MOSagain. Collaborate, I have family in Liverpool and funnily enough when I was researching this morning his name came up. Do you have experience of him or know someone who has? I will message babybarrister also. Appreciate your help both :-)
