STBXH financial disclosure - spent money on holidays with girlfriend!

Two questions!

I've had DH's financial disclosure and he's spent over 5k on holidays and presents for his girlfriend. He says there is no money left.

Can I ask for this money to be effectively put back into the pot?

Another thing is that, 10 months ago, he set up a company to do his self-employed work through. So now I can't see what money he has made! Can I wait until his company accounts are complete (which will be another three months) or is there anything else I can ask for? Can I ask what he is charging his clients and how many days he works, for example, so that I could work it out?

I don't have a solicitor and have no money to spend one one although I am going to have a session next week with someone locally - but I'd be grateful for other views.

Management accounts, company bank statements, quarterly vat returns? Work in progress (to discover work done but not billed for). You may not get all of what you ask for (presume you've gone to court so the judge will decide) but no harm in asking.

Capital can sometimes be added back in, but not always. It's dealt with on a case by case basis.

I'll ask for

Company bank accounts
Management accounts
Evidence of current value of company
Quarterly tax returns
Number of days he is working
Average day rate he is billing
Value of work in hand
Evidence for figures that he has cited on Form E

Also he's not included several of his personal bank accounts

That should be vat returns, not tax returns.

I need a good employment solicitor, probably one that specialises in it. Can anyone recommend one? I live in the West Midlands/Shropshire area but excellence, efficiency, experience and effectiveness would trump proximity.
