Upstairs neighbours use my door bell for their visitors. Can any body help me please

Recently i have moved to a new place which having two flats and i live on ground floor flat 1 .We have a communal main door outside which I have my own door bell with flat number on it.But my upstairs neighbours they do not have any door bell outside the main door so when their visitors came or delivery came they people ring my door bell to approach to the flat 2. I have got two young kids and it is very difficult for me to attend unwanted visitors. I asked them why do not you put your own door bell outside but my neighbours were so rude to me even they never bother what i made a request to them . If some body can give me a sugesstion regarding this issue it will be a great help...............

get an intercom - for one upstairs will not hear the doorbell

then if they are not visitors for you you don't need to go to the door but can tell the upstairs visitor to ring upstairs bell when they say they can't see it just reply I can't either I think they hide their doorbell sweety so they can't have visitors

oh, intercom is a perfect solution. Then you've not gone to the door to answer it, I bet what upstairs does is open their door a bit to listen to you deal with whoever it is, it'll drive them insane!
