Thought this might be of use to people. It's geared more towards contract-type claims than family matters, though a lot of what it says is relevant to family proceedings also, particularly the stuff about what you need with you on the day(s) you're actually in court.

I acted as litigant in person many years ago and would have welcomed this guide.
It's an enormous undertaking when you know nothing at all about the Courts,so thank you for bringing this to people's attention.

No problem! It doesn't seem to have been very well publicised outside the legal press (which doesn't really need it...) so just thought I'd whack it on here. Lots of good stuff in there, especially now that legal aid's been withdrawn from so many.

I've looked at this but the font used is so hard to read! It's awful!
