CSA/maintenance calcs switching to gross salary... ?

I've read a lot about this, and think that for larger families the change has already been made - ie. using a gross income calculation rather than net.

Keep reading that it's going to be brought in comprehensively but can't find any information on govt websites about when this is due to happen. Does anyone have any further information - would be most grateful!

The new gross income and charging schemes are to be phased in gradually first to include new cases and then older cases are due to be transferred over the next year or so. Commencement of the gross income scheme started before Christmas for families with 4 or more children but there wasn't a great deal of notice of the date beforehand. I don't think dates for further implementation have been announced.
