My orthodontist has gone bust before treatment - Any advice?

I paid £1200 to receive orthodontic work (removable brace) in Jan of this year, and after a lot of waiting around for them to get back to me, I found out today that they have stopped trading, but have yet to go into administration.

I had 2 appointments with the clinic last month, and had preparation work done which included IPR treatment (tooth shaving to make way for moving teeth) which has left me with small gaps in between my teeth too.

I am absolutely devastated by this news, as I saved a long time to be able to have the treatment, and it looks unlikely that I'll get it, or get any money back.

I have spoken to various financial services today, but they are limited on advice..

Just wondered if anyone had ever been in a similar situation, or knows what my legal/financial position is? I have written to the company secretary today stating that they have breached our agreement, and await their reply.

Thanks in advance
