are there other good forums to post questions about legal stuff like this or ones just about wills , estates and dealing with when people die?

OP, I've noticed that you've started quite a few threads with just one, random question in each. You may find you get more help if you just start one thread, explaining the background and current circumstances, and asking all of your questions in one go. That way, any lawyer answering your post will find it easier to advise than to try to knit together all the little one-liner questions you've asked.

I don't mean that in a critical way, and if you are recently bereaved I'm very sorry, I'm just trying to be helpful Smile
