DH's ex is making no efforts to sell house despite court order - what can he do?

DH and his ExW have a financial court order in place following their divorce. Mortgage is in his name, payments go out of his bank account, house is in his name too. It was agreed that ExW would have the proceeds of the sale of the house but would also meet the monthly mortgage payments until the house sells. She is supposed to be making reasonable attempts to sell it.

She has failed to make the last 4 payments and up to then reguarly paid late.
DH is fairly sure she is maxed out on credit cards, and if she is working she isn't earning enough to get a mortgage on the house.

She currently has the house on with 2 agents but after receiving a cash offer 2 weeks after putting the property on the market, she didn't accept but instead increased the asking price. Now a year on she has refused viewings and been generally unhelpful to the EA's. She has also decided that she is now selling the house with her as a sitting tenant as she has pets and doesn't think she'll be able to find a landlord that will take them on.

She has had another offer and we agreed to pay her an extra 5k in cash to get the sale to go through but mysteriously the buyer dropped out.

DH is at his wits end and doesn't know what to do. Whenever he tries to contact her and sort it out he gets a lot of hassle from her and empty promises.

What can he do next? Do we need to go back to the solicitor? His job is at risk and we can't afford to keep subsidising her.

Thanks for reading, sorry it's long.
