I have two beautiful girls, one from a prev marriage, with an idiot who was violent towards me. So genes I left him and took my daughter with me. He took ME to court in 2008 and wanted full custody but never got it, instead got 2 weekends a month. The low life never stuck to the agreement and only picks her up when he feels like it, in 2012 he picked my child up 3 times. Now he is emailing me saying he has gone to SS and police cos he thinks my daughter is neglected etc. which is the biggest load of rubbish I've ever heard. I want to go back to a solicitor and get him removed from her life, she thinks he's weird, he poisons her mind and I do not want him near her when he is making up crap and destroying our perfectly nice life once again...what can I do??
