Contingency fee arrangement to contest a will - how to find a solicitor?

I'd like to contest a will, and would like to enter into a 'no fee' arrangement.

I found a firm via google (I'm out of the uk) and since I contacted them I haven't heard a thing, so don't think they're interested.

Any ideas about how to go about finding someone?

TIA

You need to find a company who specialise in contested probate. Most "No Win No Fee" companies deal only with accident claims.

I suggest you have a discussion with a specialist firm and initially pay just for a written advice. You can then decide whether it is going to be worthwhile.

are you sure you can get no fee arrangement by this step.
