I have emailed my (impossible to get hold of) solicitor several times to no avail so I thought I would ask on here what is a general timsecale for getting valuations of SERPS pensions?
My solicitor already has my private pension valuation and bank statements
I am hoping to get an idea of how long it will take to get everything prepared for a separation agreement to get drawn up so that I can get access to the proceeds from the sale of the marital home (which are being held by the conveyancing solicitor until the Financial Settlement is agreed) so that I can buy my own place (at present living with my DM)
