no order received and want money back

Not sure this is the right place to post...basically I placed an online order with CARDS AND CRAFTS at the end of june and still have not received the order. I emailed weeks ago to be told they sent the order but will look into it and resend but since then nothing. Keep emailing them with no answer.
How do I stand legally with this. Its not a massive order but having been on their FB page it seems I'm not the only one.

Usually it's issuing a 14 day warning (I'd like a refund within 14 days or I shall be seek legal action against you), then going to the small claims court. You can do this online and they will award you costs. If it's a business, I'd also contact trading standards.

How did you pay? did you pay by paypal? if so, raise a query with them, they will raise a query with the seller and may give you the refund and automatically debit the seller.

There's usually a £100 minimum to be covered by a credit card, you'll need to check with them though.
