They are going to share a bed when my ex has my DS and his daughter. Somebody told me it was illegal?

I don't have an issue with it apart from his daughter doesn't want my DS there at all so I expect it was cause a lot of trouble for him.

It's not illegal (and happens often in families with insufficient room). I doubt it will work out well though if the daughter does not want to share.

Well im pretty sure 99.99% that its not. If the dc are happy to share i don't see the problem. I was 15 when my youngest dbro was born and i used to love it when he was a toddler and slept in my bed at night time. And there is 15 months and 4 years between me and my other two younger brothers and we used to sleep together in the same bed all the time, heck we shared a bath till we were 10/11. We didn't know any better and didn't do us any harm.

Just read the daughter isn't happy though. I'd wait and see how they get on in the first night then.

Thanks for replies I didn't think it was. Thankfully I won't be dealing with the fall out and I expect many arguments between his daughter and my DS, Ex and the OW will be LOL. She'll have 2 kids with a large age gap both fighting foe Ex's attention and she is used to having Ex all to herself too. Oh to be a fly on the wall.
