Hi I applied for legal aid over 2 weeks ago and they now say they think i will only win on one claim dissability discrimination due to my severe depression work related stress although I had logged others. The company have dragged their heels I tried to work this out with the. Company to no avail. Tried to settle through acas twice due to my deterioration in health and financial situation. The company only paid me till January. I am now on employment support allowance and I am not in a financial situation to be able to afford a solicitor. I said to the company I have tried to work things out with them to no avail reached tipping point emotionally financially and mentally I threatened I would take it externally. It was only. Threat I didn't do it. This legal aid solicitor has said she will do Scott schedule, witness statement, and forward medical documents but then is closing my file. As she feels my threat might mean I have to pay the company legal fees for threat? It will be up to judge?
