Worried and unsure of what to do

In November I purchased a voucher from Groupon for a beanbag from a company called Infurn Ltd. I placed the order on the 17th of November and paid £12.95 p&p to Infurn. In March Groupon finally said that Infurn could not supply the beanbag and that I would get a refund. Groupon refunded me the voucher money in April but I got nothing back from Infurn by the date that Groupon told me I would receive it by. I emailed Infurn several times asking for the money but got no reply so, last week I did a chargeback on my credit card. This morning I received an email from Infurn (in German) basically saying - from what I can gather- that I now have to give them the £12.95 back plus a charge of another £25.15 by the 21st of this month!!!!! I'm really worried about this. I've forwarded the email to Groupon but I don't expect them to be of any help. What the hell do I do?

Ignore it. They haven't supplied the goods so you were entitled to your money back.

Thank-you both for answering. I've calmed down a bit now since seeing the email and I've also contacted my credit card company who'd assured me that they won't be able to take the money off my card again. Its all been such a bloody nightmare! This was only the second time that I'd used Groupon and, believe me, it will be the last! I also can't believe that infurn would behave like this as this fiasco must have lost them so many potential customers.
