started a 24m contract 3 weeks ago with expensive smart phone.

today it shut down when installing a upgrade. and i haven't been able to get it to work since.

really worried that i won't be able to get it replaced. not insured. but if it's a fault of the phone, then surely someone else is liable?

argh.

Go into the shop. They should be able to sort it out for you.

The phone will still be under warranty so 3 should pay for repair/replacement.

My daughter had a similar issue recently with her samsung and sent it back to Virgin....who were going to charge her £150 to repair as it was water damage from letting her LO use it as a teething ring Blush

For some Confused reason they didnt repair it but sent it back still not working and no explanation?! I suggested to her to try samsung directly and they repaired it free of charge Grin So if no luck with 3 go direct to the manufacturer.
