Building contract with Federation of Master Builders, is it invalid if it isn't complete?

I've just realised that they didn't give me the complete documentation - no cancellation form, starting work form, changing work etc.

I've had a lot of issues over their work, particularly the timescale and want to cancel the contract, I know I can do this in part due to the over-run but is it worth mentioning the incomplete contract?

Not sure anyone could advise over this without seeing what contract documentation there is. Would be worthwhile you making an appointment to see a local solicitor - check if they offer an initial free appointment.

Thanks I think I'll do that.
