Can members of the public attend a final hearing for financial settlement?

Although it is a court case for the division of jointly owned property, a 16 yo DD in full time education is also involved as she is still living there with her mother. It is only to do with Sch 1 CA 1998 in respect of the probable sale of the property, but we have read that members of the public may not attend where children are involved.

Does this involvement mean access, custody, visitation etc only, or would it include the same scenario as above?

We will ring the court for this info but they may not be able to give this info out as they are not legally trained and may not differentiate.

It will be private and the public will not be able to attend.
