I'm doing an LLM and desperately looking for corporate manslaughter cases brought against trusts. I have the Southampton one with two junior Drs but otherwise I can't find any. I know some cases I'd like to read (Wayne Jowett, Yin Yin Teoh) but can't find them on Westlaw.
Failing that, what's your opinion on criminal liability for clinical negligence...
