Can anyone legally minded give me an opinion on this complain letter before I send it please?

I did a law degree and an LPC but have not worked in that field for 10 years. If anyone can help I will post the letter. TIA

Just seen your reply- thanks, but had already sent it. It was about a car we bought, just waiting to hear back from fsa dept at cartheft carcraft.
