I did pay with a credit card and have phoned them and they say they will 'dispute' it. Does this mean I'll get it back? Has anyone else had this and did it get sorted out? It was about 100 quids worth so not the absolute end of the world but a lot more than I can afford to lose tbh.

TIA

s76 consumer credit act is connected lending agreement. You can issue proceedings against your credit card company and you are 100% guaranteed to win. Court fees are £90 which are recoverable.

If it was more than £100 then you can recover it from the credit card company.
