Bugger - I bought stuff online and the company has gone into liquidation.

I did pay with a credit card and have phoned them and they say they will 'dispute' it. Does this mean I'll get it back? Has anyone else had this and did it get sorted out? It was about 100 quids worth so not the absolute end of the world but a lot more than I can afford to lose tbh.
