We have had problems with our neighbor quite alot and shes at it again!

So we share a drive way with 4 other neighbors and mine, and the house to our left are in the corner and looking out of our windows we see the side of our opposite neighbor. ( hope that is explained well)

Anyway she wants to errect a 3 ft concrete wall about 6 metres in length opposite our houses so as when we look out of our windows all we see is a bloody ugly wall!!

Is there any legal rights or laws we could maybe stop this happening?
thanks

You need to phone your local council planing department. They can tell you - if she needs permission you could object if it will block light, impair your utility etc - they can advise you best.

Nothing to do with planning, as it's not 6' high. Right to light might be an issue, so see a solicitor to get proper advice.

Provided it is on her property there is not much you can do about it. Check the deeds/ land registry to see where the boundaries lie.
What does she want a wall for?

It probably wont be as ugly as you think, it'll either be brick, or a wood panelling affair. I dont think its possible to build an ugly grey Berlin type concrete structure as such.
