Anybody on here familiar with American Law?

DB was arrested in nevada recently for battery. He paid that bond to get him out and he left the country before the court date. Does this mean he cannot go back to the states ?

Unless he wants to get arrested then no, he can't go back to the States.

Might get arrested over here then extradited. He'd be refused bail then.
