I've just done a credit check on myself and at the bottom it states:-

CIFAS Warnings
Warnings registered at your address(es) by the UKs Fraud Prevention Organisation, CIFAS.

There is no data to be displayed

does this mean I have a warning about my name/addresses or not? there should be nothing in there that i've been made aware of - everything else looks to be in order (no unexpected things at least)

It means there is nothing - its a standard format report that includes a 'CIFAS' section but this means nothing has been reported. Hope that helps!

There is a helpline on credit check forms and they are very helpful at clearing up similar queries.
