I got some helpful advice on here about the old petition form a few weeks ago and just wanted to check that it still applies to the new one.
We plan to file a consent order after the decree nisi. We've already agreed informally on finances and children and just need to get something formally drafted by a solicitor. Everything else we're trying to do ourselves.
So, what should I do with the "Prayer" section of the new D8 divorce petition? Should I just leave it blank? Or tick all the boxes and then just submit the consent order and D81 to the court together after the decree nisi? Or something else?
