my mum had an accident causing injury to her leg, which has resulted in a leg ulcer. The bus company has ignored a complaint letter,with photo evidence of injury.Shall we now try one of no win no fee companies or is there a better route?

Just about every decent solicitors firm does no win no fee. Look for a local firm who are members of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) give them a ring and ask if they do no win no fee.
