CSA Calculations ex takes the mic

Hi

Recently my ex has been assessed through CSA he works for a well known bank and trebles his salary through commission the CSA have dropped my money a lot they seen 3 salary slips of his which he held back his commission on purpose! he lives a very healthy lifestyle £700k house fancy cars, holidays etc etc and i'm struggling to make ends meet how can he get away with this! I have contacted CSA on several occasions they aren's interested quote "they have made their assessment come back in 12 months!"

I have contacted C-MEC who are going to contact them on my behalf re a variation order can anyone tell what this is

Jmc - d'you know if it is correct for CSA to ignore earned income from let properties? - been informed ex's healthy income from landlord activity will be disregarded entirely - as he pays taxes on it and it isnt pocket money I'm stunned about this - is it correct? - surely income from letting is still earned income when it is from investment properties?

Investment income will only be taken into account after the first assessment. You have to ask for a variation.

@ worm this is a support forum for parents not for people to vent their anger at women for excersing their and their own childrens human rights .....and any man that thinks its ok to spawn children then not be accountable and responsible for feeding and clothing them etc...should think seriously about a vasectomy as the world does not need more screwed up unloved kids and burdens on the courts /social services etc
its really not that difficult to work out SIMPLES!of course you have to pay for your children DUH!
