I dont know where else to post this but.... I would quite like to run my own company employing care workers. Can anybody advise me what, if any, qualifications or registrations I would need to run a company of this kind.

The market is rapidly changing though at the moment due to personalisation.

There is a site for small businesses which has a lot of the answers for the issues that may arise. Sorry forgot the name. Also Government sites are good for advice on tax, vat etc. CAB may also help. The care industry is fraught with pitfalls so insurances, training etc are a must.
