Thanks for looking.

Can you advise please - which is best route for a very small business seeking to claim costs and compensation from another small business, for breach of contract?

The amount being claimed is more than £5,000, so I think that rules out small claims court?

I have seen a site which comes under the umbrella of the courts system called Moneyclaim online.

Do you think that is the best way to go?

Thanks.

I suggest you go to your local county court and get all the leaflets you can to help you. If it's for more than £5000 you'll get your legal fees back if you win. It might be best instructing a solicitor, although you'll probably have to meet their fees as you go along and reclaim it from the other party at the end of the case.
