Just wondered if anyone knows if a police officer (off duty) can do you for anything?

The jurisdiction of BTP is such that they can pursue a crime within a quarter mile, I think, of a train station/railway line, but seem to remember that the suspected crime has to originate within their jurisdiction.

BTP are indeed railway based but they are still police.

He could report you but i am not sure what for.

I doubt you will hear anything mroe about it
