can anyone advise me how to go about it.
i was in hospital 3 weeks ago and a nurse has administered an anti sickness injection in my buttock and hit my sciatic nerve. i have been in pain ever since and it is getting worse. she did not take enough care when assessing placement of the injetion. I really would like heads to roll as i didnt have any pain in my buttock prior to admission

Hey there, I need some advice.
I had to have a termination at the beginning of the month, via surgery due to heart problems, as far as I was concerned the procedure went fine. However on Monday after noon I was on my way home and I felt as if I had wet myself, I went to the nearest toilet to me and there was a pool of blood, it continued to bleed until yesterday afternoon, I was rushed to hospital on Monday and been there since, I had an internal scan and there was still bits of the pregnancy within my womb and uterus, there was also blood clots there too. I had to have an emergency operation today to remove them. Do I have any chance of suing the first hospital I went to have an operation as this has been very traumatising for me and has made a big impact on my life, I'm hoping someone could help with this as I'm not sure what I can do.
