short story - been thru contact centre etc with exP due to his MH issues/violence. had progressed to unsupervised and was routine in sept-oct of him picking up dds from school every weds and every other fri, plus alternate weekends day time.also eh was seeing DS separately every saturday (ds is disabled)
during half term he took downturn and scared dds with his erratic and volatile behaviour, including breaking handrailt o our flat (basement flat) and kicking cars in street.
(he is upset at pending court hearing re: financial separation)
they asked for no contact, i informed him by text we would revert to court order which specirfies sueprvised contact unless agreed otherwise, asked him to see GP etc.
dds adamant they dont want to see him at all, not even supervised, due to his behaviour. me and dc saw GP ystrday, informed of his behaviour and that he has not made contact since 30/10 text msg. (over to them now re: his MH)
so, so long as he not requesting contact, then i dont need to initiate any supervised contact?
he has not made contact since 30/10 and has not requested contact at all.
it feels rather nice and pleasant infact but surely is only the calm before the storm?
