have heard of them through other forums, most people have found them v. helpful, they are definitely seem to be one of the more reputable organisations. worth looking at the moneysavingexpert forums debt free wannabe board for more info.

We have found them extremely helpful at a time when we really needed support and advise. Can't recommend them highly enough. (by the way, they are a registered charity who work with or on behalf of people depending on the support they need, they are NOT a company who will make money from working with you)

that's good to hear rbsmum, thanks for sharing!

I have used them when I worked and found they really helped people.

I recommended them to my friend about two years ago - they were very useful for her and gave her lots of support and advice. She is over her troubles now, mostly due to the advice she had off them which was clear, honest (no sugar coating) and successful.

HTH.
