3 biological kids have autism and the 2 foster kids have ADHD. Am I taking on too much?

I dont think it would be allowed. Its far too much.

Do/ would all the children have their own room?

It would be for most people, yes. What are the children's ages? Are the 2 foster children siblings? Are you a SAHM?

Foster kids have their own room. Biological kids share

Yes SAHM. All kids are teenagers. Foster kids are not siblings

Are they there or are you planning on fostering 2 children?
If they are there, and you are managing, then don't let anyone tell you it is too much if you are happy.

If they aren't there, they try assess how the 2 new children will fit in with the family, how many compromises will everyone have to make? Are there additional appointments (medical/speech) etc that you'll need to find time to attend?

My opinion - is that not necessarily, as it will depend on the severity of the autism and ADHD and it will depend upon the ages of the children and the level of emotional, physical and financial support you have.
