Just had my third but its my Dps first. He wants another and I would too.

My worry is the effect it has on your body. My joints are just recovering I guess from the hormone changes. I struggled to walk somedays.

My pelvic floor feels very weak this time and as much as I'm doing exercises i do leak.

I'm 37 this year. What are your experiences on having more after having a few problems? Does it all keep getting worse? Dd3 is 5mo so early days yet.

There's a programme called mommastrong which might help you out, it's not just your pelvic floor that needs work but the whole muscle support system. It's 15 min a day and $5 a month and I've found it really good.

Hi op

I am 31 and expecting dc5

Did you have spd in your pregnancies as you mention your joints?

I had spd in all pregnancies except first. This time it is a million times worse. I am 16 weeks and already been signed off work some days i struggle to get out of bed.

My pelvic floor is fine however.
