Hello, me and my husband have been together 11 years but only now have had our first daughter (she’s now 4 months). I never really wanted children but after having her I really want 4/5! I will be 32 this year, I just wanted to know if anyone out there has had 5 children between the age of 30 to 40 if that makes sense? We are worried now that we have left it too late and we really would like a big family 😀

DS1 - 24
DD1 - 27
DS2/DD2 - 29 BUT almost 30 (they were born 29 Feb, I turned 30 on 2 March!)
DD3 - 33
DS3 - 35

So technically I had two in my 30's, but closer to four, given how near it was to my 30th birthday!

I had my first a few days before I turned 31 and my fourth (and probably final) when I was 37.

Hi OP I don't think you are too late at all to have a big family! 😎

I got off to a rough start with 3mc @ 33/34.
I had my beautiful dd1 @35.
Followed by my equally lovely dd2 @37.
I very much hope to squeeze in two or three more.
I am an extended breastfeeder so I have to patiently await the return of my cycle. It took 15mo after dd1 and I am still waiting now after dd2 (12mo).
Recently some family tree research revealed my great grandmothers had their last babies at 45, 45, 46 and 47! Dh's mother had #4 @44 and my mother had #4 @41 so I feel like a spring chicken still 😂.
