Any families with 5 plus children, what do you drive?

I am expecting twins in the Summer which will take us up to a family of 7 plus we have 2 large breed dogs and I am struggling with cars. So what do you drive?

I've got a vw Sharan. Just upgraded from a touran. Love it!
Wouldn't fit dogs in the back though with all 7 seats up. You'd need something similar to a vw transporter I think?

A tank?!

We have four and one dog so have a Sharan, but my friends with five have a Caravelle. They don't have dogs, but they do camp so pack a lot of stuff.

We'll be a family of 7 come October. But we don't have big dogs! We drive a vauxhall zafira. We all fit, bit of jiggery to get everyone in with appropriate car seats and I will say, with the very back seats up, there isn't much boot space at all. Had a chrysler grand voyager before, brill car. Would have one again.

We have a VW Caravelle and 6 kids

We have a chrysler grand voyager. I love the electric sliding doors...can open them remotely which helps those children who run ahead, and the doors can open in a tight parking space. The boot fits our friends enormous German shepherd.
It's a massive vehicle really, but we love it.

VW Caravelle or transporters are great.long wheel base version gives more space for dogs, luggage, musical instruments. Also good bike racks. Flexible seating too although they have to be stored, not folded down into car.

we r a family of 9 so use 2 cars everywhere we go, dp has the crappy 7 seater, i drive the sporty 5 seater

We drive a Renault Grand Espace - lots of inside space plus boot room. However now pregnant with #6 so will be looking for an 8 seater - any ideas?? Think we will have to move into mini-van territory or use 2 cars - me in the 7 seater, DH in the sporty convertible!!
