I've got three DCs - May, August and November, so perfectly spread out. Even the dates pretty much match up.

Only now I'm totally fixated on sticking to this "sequence" ie having a February baby ... But that would mean waiting till May to ttc!

So do any of you have DCs with close birthdays? Does it work out ok? Am how do I stop overthinking this?!

I managed to have dc1 on my birthday (nov). Dc2 and 3 are both may, day after each other (4yrs apart). It's been fine so far.

insanityscratching · 05/10/2013 20:41

Two in February, one in March, May and September.

weebarra · 05/10/2013 20:55

Only have 3, DS1 is December (23rd, poor boy), DS2 and DD are August, 3 years and 2 days between them.

Cocodale · 05/10/2013 20:59

End if March, beginning of April for all 3. Holiday babies Grin

Cocodale · 05/10/2013 21:00

Sorry forgot to say works out beautifully we have a 3 week birthday ! Helps that they are all girls x

NationalCervix · 06/10/2013 15:40

That's nice Cocodale!

Miss Strawberry sorry to hear that, I've been lucky in that my first two were born v close to their due dates and my third actually on her due date.

So far ttc has not commenced... Dc3 has started waking in the night again Hmm so I don't mind waiting now!

3rd Sept 2008, 8th April 2011, 14th Sept 2012(twins), 1st Oct 2013 (preemie twins - were due 3rd Dec).

As you can tell we're crap at planning dates. Hopefully our next will be spread out haha.

bellsandbutterflies · 19/10/2013 21:31

We only have three. Their birthdays are early Oct, mid Oct & early Nov, exactly five weeks between the first & last birthday. Their actual due dates were 25, 28, 31 October, so we did well to space them out that far. Smile We don't want anymore, which is just as well, as having another baby in that time frame would feel nigh on impossible.

Worriedthistimearound · 20/10/2013 19:52

I wanted autumn babies as I felt it would give them an advantage at school. So mine are (so far) between sept and dec although this unplanned one will be march.

Thinkingofmyfabfour · 21/10/2013 17:02

Mine are January, September, May and July, so one for every season! Not planned that way, but after having our first I was keen to have spring/summer babies which is advantage in Scottish system as they'll each start school age 5 (January one deferred to start age 5 1/2) except September one who will be 4.11 when he starts! I kind of get where you are coming from though! If dd had been early we'd have had may - September birthdays including me and dh

juniperinNZ · 28/10/2013 20:35

One end of March (was due in April), one mid April, one end of April... Was not planned that way, just happened! Does make for a pretty chaotic time of year (mine and DH's birthdays are mid March!).
If we have number 4 though I will definitely be doing all I can to make sure their birthday is not in April Grin

bundaberg · 28/10/2013 20:37

Haha just googled this and found this thread that I actually started in an old name Grin

Thought I'd update... I'm now 7 weeks pregnant with my fourth baby, very unplanned but the timing I wanted! Due beginning of March so will either have a Feb or March baby, and one for each season Smile

Athenaviolet · 23/07/2015 23:08

I have a summer, autumn and winter one. Can't help but think I'd like a spring one if we ever had another.

fabuLou · 23/07/2015 23:11

3 in nov/dec and 1 in march. Yes its stressful.Flowers

Wafflenose · 23/07/2015 23:15

October and May. DH and I are January and April. It works for us!

NetballHoop · 23/07/2015 23:20

As a family we have:

1 x Feb
2 x May
2 x Sep
1 x Nov

I've never really thought about it before but the gap between May and September is nice.

Tsotofamily · 24/07/2015 00:30

2 in January
1 in May

AndNowItsSeven · 24/07/2015 00:42
