Big families - how to you get the right balance?

How do you get the right balance, in regards to making sure each child has the equal amount of attention, focus?

ANd also how do you regain the closeness of you and your DP?DH's?

How big? I am expecting DC3 and sort of worried about this! I'll be interested to see the reponses.

im a mum to 6 , and when each child wants me ,im there ! if im sorting washing i stop , if one is speaking the other waits, unless that childs spoke to me all day then i'll say ,let so so speak to mummy now please .
i hug , kiss and tell all my children every morning and night one by one .
if you tell them that at least once a day , it dosnt matter what you do they know there loved .
