I know I could post this in the childminding bit but interested to know if anyone in this section childminding with children under adult age?
I have four children and childmind four and will take a another one on shortly. My kids are 14, 12, 9 and 6.

How is it with you balancing both? What tips can you share about how you make it easier for yourself? Do you have time to pamper yourself etc.
