Gone a bit overboard with the hamantashen filling!

I made about 100 hamantashen last night, and I've got enough poppy seed filling for 200 more!

I need inspiration how to use it up. A sponge cake mix could use up a couple of spoonfuls. Would it work with sliced apples as a strudel layer?

Please throw some ideas at me.

(And have a meshugeh Purim! 🦸🏻‍♀️🦹🏻‍♀️😜)

Works very well in a lemon cake/muffins. Tried mochi one year (thought it might turn out like sesame paste, it pretty much did). Also, in home made ice cream (same theory), or mixed through a flapjack type bar.

Of course, all of these idea just mean even more cakes but I suppose at least muffins freeze well!

In ice cream? Wouldn't that be a bit gritty?

How did you turn it into mochi?

I seem to remember searching for black sesame recipes thinking the nutty, grittiness would be a similar flavour profile. Same for the mochi.
