Apartment in Warsaw need some help re not able to pay mortgage

Hi

Is there anyone who has any knowledge or dealings with banks in Poland, or knows anyone that has not been able to keep paying their mortgage in Poland
I bought a property from a company who also own a Winkworth in London and they have completely conned me and I cant keep paying the mortgage any longer.
Any help /advice /contacts would be so appreciated
