Going round in circles trying to get hold of an actual human.
My son has Walmart shares through the Asda colleagues scheme. Had them quite a few years now . it's been a pain Tbh as there are tax forms etc ... he's autistic with learning disabilities and I have to do all admin in his life, and it's one more task for me.He has agreed it will be easier to sell and just put the money in an ISA... but, he can't find his details so can't log onto their system and every time we have tried to phone ( at the correct time for them) they are closed when they should be open! The website goes down for maintenance at weekends and we just can't get through to a human!
it's Computer share . Any ideas how we can get through to someone?!
