I am out of my depth here with S&S ISAs as I have never had one so looking for a point in the right direction.
I have a company share save plan where we save for 5 years then can buy company shares at a reduced price. But the shares will be liable for CGT if I keep them in the company share store.
It isn't a huge amount - I've saved ~£5k and shares are currently worth ~£6k. Not great, but hopefully they will bounce back in next few years.
Part of the share save plan documents says I can buy the shares, then within 90 days transfer to a S&S ISA to avoid future CGT.
I have share save plans maturing each year for the next 5-7 years (between £3k-£5k each year), and I looking for a S&S ISA just to put these company shares in. I guess eventually I will move to a cash ISA once (hopefully) the share price recovers.
Any recommendations where I should look for a S&S ISA for this purpose and what I should be looking for?
