Having been with ii for years I am disappointed with their latest bonkers platform overhaul this month - now seems designed to stop trading and lose you money!
There is far less account information available, the "live" prices are now all at least 15min old and you are no longer able to view on multiple tabs to switch between accounts or trade info but now have to route through mutliple screens to carry out a trade according to whether you want to buy or sell! It's a maddening platform and behaves like hastily coded year one homework assignment. Presumably ii wants to now move away from live trading and thin the client base asap.
What's worse is the total downplaying and ignoring of really obvious complaints whereas in the past they have made an option to revert to a previous layout for unhappy clients. Now they are just replying with offers to help complainers "adjust" to a lesser platform as if the problem is user stupidity and not a total reduction of service.
Who is your platform, how user friendly is it and should I move there? I mostly trade US and UK, did used to do more on Euro markets but put off by higher post brexit fees.
