Hi, I'm nearly 40 and have Endometriosis which was diagnosed at 25. Had various treatment, including induced menopause and surgery, but have had no significant flare ups or treatment for approximately 8 years. I also had a singular patch of non melonoma skin cancer removed from my arm when I was 28, with no further problems or treatment.
I also have suspected IBS and am on Iron tablets for anaemia.
Do I have to list all of these when applying for Life Insurance?
I've never taken it out but am now in a position financially where I am able to, but am not knowledgeable when it comes to what is needed when applying.
Thankyou for your time.

List everything you can remember/know of, better to go into too much detail than too little. Don't give them the excuse to not pay out. Besides, they'll probably ask to see your medical history anyway which will reveal all.
