Anyone else locked out of Premium Bonds?

DM has some Premium Bonds and wants to add more.

However when we try and log on it says there are technical issues.

I've made sure her iPad is updated and then tried on her phone, which is newer but still can't access her account.

Is anyone else still having problems since the 2 step authentication system was introduced?

Anyone?

Yes I have experienced this just this week. Eventually I phoned and spent 30 minutes in a queue. When I did speak to someone they were great. It did take a fair amount of patience. and calmness

We got locked out yesterday afternoon as well. Spoke to someone and we have to try again in two days. Glad to know it wasn't just us.

Ah thank you so much for replying. I think I've just been unlucky in trying yesterday. I only see my DM around once a week so hopefully will have better luck next week!
