Advice on inheriting a portfolio from HL please

I have inherited a portfolio from my recently deceased DM.

They are invested in HL and due to the current economic climate have almost halved in value in recent months.

I would really like to hang onto them until better times, but am unsure if this is an option.

I am an executor for her affairs.

Any advice would be great. Thank you.

Yes you should be able too no problems.

I also inherited one and as beneficiary it was simply transfer into my name.

Then I taught myself about investments and. Dog funds and reinvested it into my choice of funds.

The markets are low at the moment don't panic!
